Earn a competitive hourly rate between $15.00 and $18.00 based on years of experience.

  • We offer both full-time and part-time positions with rotating weekends:

Part-Time Hours
Monday-Friday with rotating weekends. Must have open availability between:
  • 6:00 AM - 11:00 AM
  • 3:30 PM - 7:30 PM

  • Hourly employees:
    • 1.5x Holiday Pay
    • 1.5x Overtime Pay for every hour worked over 40 hours per week

Position Summary: The Dietary Aide completes all job tasks in accordance with federal, state and, local standards and in accordance with policies and procedures that are established. The Diet Aide assembles and serves meals to the residents and guests while providing effective customer service. This position stocks and maintains a sanitary health center kitchen. This position reports to the Food and Beverage Manager of Health Care Services.
  • Works as a team to prepare special nourishments, beverages and snacks as ordered and scheduled for each resident.
  • Accurately sets up meal trays and dining room tables per tray ticket or instruction.
  • Maintains a clean and organized kitchen and dining area throughout the shift.
  • Adheres to sanitation and safety procedures.
  • Uses professional communication skills and answers menu questions while taking food orders.

Education and/or Experience: Entry level-no experience necessary. Prior food service or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with residents, kitchen staff, and dining team members.
  • Organization and time-management skills.
  • Must have reliable transportation to work and be punctual.
  • Positive attitude and teamwork.
