JOB PROFILE: Network and Computer Systems Admin, Level 1
JOB LOCATION: Atlanta, GA
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Network and Computer Systems Administrator, Level 1, provides frontline technical support and assists with the administration, configuration, maintenance, and documentation of end-user computing systems, Microsoft 365 services, hardware, software, and related IT assets. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the duties listed below. The order of the duties does not indicate priority or the percentage of time dedicated to each task.
  • Manage Help Desk requests and provide frontline support for end-user computing issues.
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade Windows desktops, laptops, printers, and other end-user equipment in accordance with current corporate standards.
  • Install, configure, and maintain approved end-user software, including new releases, system upgrades, patches, and fixes.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 services and provide support for Microsoft Teams.
  • Monitor system backups and assist with system recovery testing activities.
  • Perform routine system checks and document findings, issues, and follow-up actions as needed.
  • Support and maintain IT policies and procedures in alignment with company standards and applicable compliance requirements.
  • Submit purchase order requisitions for equipment and related IT needs as requested.
  • Manage and maintain IT inventory by accurately tracking hardware and software assets, updating records in a timely manner, and maintaining supporting documentation.
  • Participate in after-hours, on-call, or weekend support as business needs require.

QUALIFICATIONS:
