Oregon-Based Freight Operations (Hartford hiring priority with nationwide remote eligibility)

Position Overview

Supports freight routing, load assignment, and dispatch workflow across Oregon-based systems. Hartford candidates are prioritized for hybrid participation; remote candidates fully integrated nationwide. Entry-level candidates receive structured training; experienced professionals manage operational responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities

Assign and monitor freight loads

Track shipments and maintain operational documentation

Communicate shipment updates, delays, or exceptions

Maintain dispatch logs and operational records

Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements

Collaborate with Oregon-based management for operational alignment

Escalate scheduling conflicts and operational issues as needed

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication

Computer proficiency with dispatch/tracking systems

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
