Responsibilities- Support transportation scheduling and shipment coordination activities
- Maintain communication with drivers, carriers, and operations teams
- Monitor load updates and transportation status information
- Assist with data entry, documentation, and operational reporting
- Help ensure timely communication regarding shipment activity and scheduling changes
- Provide administrative support for logistics and dispatch operations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
