This is an Onsite working arrangement at our Seattle, WA location.

About you: At Colliers, great design doesn’t just look good—it shapes how world‑class properties are experienced across major U.S. markets. We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team and bring campaign concepts and high‑profile real estate brands to life. In this role, you’ll help set the visual direction, elevate our brand standards, and create compelling creative that tells the story of some of the most iconic properties in the industry.

In this role, you will:
  • Act as a brand champion by implementing and maintaining a high standard of design, format and production.
  • Provides design direction on layout and production of marketing deliverables by integrating written and visual messages.
  • Manages the visual identity and entire design process from start to end.
  • Create, design, and produce a variety of print and online marketing materials including: brochures, maps, advertising, postcards, presentations, proposals emails and websites, ensuring corporate branding strategies are met.
  • Large-format / environment design and installation coordination.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to define project requirements and deliver creative marketing solutions that meet client goals and expectations.
  • Partner with external vendors to execute projects on time and within budget.
  • Maintain and organize digital asset libraries, including files and imagery.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the marketing team.
What you bring:
  • Associate’s degree or higher, preferably in Business, Marketing or other relevant fields.
  • At least 1+ year of marketing support services experience preferably within Commercial Real Estate, experience in digital design, advertising, and email marketing; B2B and social media marketing experience an asset.
  • Proficient in intermediate functions including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and comfortable with using network/cloud based systems.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat); motion, animation, or rich media experience a plus.
  • Strong understanding of print production, including specs, vendor coordination, and print‑ready file setup.
  • Strong visual design skills with the ability to create effective solutions across digital and print platforms.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and perform well in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Professional, proactive, and collaborative self‑starter with strong problem‑solving abilities.

  • Approximate Compensation for this Role: Annual salary range: $70,000 – $90,000
  • Our hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
