As an Associate Product Marketing Manager for the Partner Channel, you will support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for Reply's partner offerings. You will work with the marketing team, product teams, and partner operations to help create messaging, content, and campaigns that help partners understand and sell Reply solutions. This is a hands-on, entry-level role designed for someone who is excited about marketing, partners, and technology. You'll learn how to position complex products, create partner-ready content, analyze campaign performance, and collaborate across teams. You report to the Partner Ecosystem Marketing lead and will work closely with the PMO, Data team, and Partner Operations as you build your marketing foundation.
Responsibilities
  • Support Go-to-Market Messaging & Positioning
  • Work with the marketing team to develop and support go-to-market strategies for partner-facing solutions
  • Create Partner Marketing Content
  • Help develop marketing materials and sales tools that partners can use to position and sell Reply offerings
  • Support Campaign Measurement & Analysis
  • Help track and understand how well partner marketing campaigns are working
  • Work effectively with product, operations, and partner teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned and executed
  • Develop as a Marketing Professional
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Engineering, or related field (recent graduate or graduating soon)
  • Internship experience in marketing, product marketing, communications, or related field
  • Relevant coursework in marketing strategy, go-to-market, or product management
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva, basic data analysis)
  • Experience with or familiarity with Microsoft products (Azure, Office 365, Power Platform) or similar enterprise software
  • Personal experience with partner or channel programs (e.g., partner referral networks, affiliate programs, reseller models)
  • Comfort with data and analytics; interest in understanding campaign performance and customer behavior
  • Experience creating marketing content (blog posts, social media, email campaigns, presentations)
  • Exposure to AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, design tools) and interest in how they can support marketing work
  • Sales or customer-facing experience that gives you insight into how customers think about solutions

The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $60,000 - $90,000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications and, as applicable, other required qualifications.
