Job Description
Rank 1 Marketing is an advertising and marketing firm based in Wichita, we have recently expanded into Casa Grande and we are looking to fill positions in our management training program. We will provide full, paid training for marketing management to the right candidates.
Under moderate supervision, the entry level market manager acts as liaison between our clients and our customers. Our management team is responsible for all aspects of new customer acquisition through outside sales and marketing in major retail locations.
This position is entry-level sales with an opportunity to work up to management through the company.
This employee will also be trained in operations management, human resources, and other aspects of our business model within 4-9 months, in preparation for our national expansion. We train top-performers into management.
RANK 1 MARKETING'S ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Manage the new account's satisfaction and knowledge of our client's product.
  • This job involves in-person sales to new customers.
  • Act as a mentor/coach /supervisor to subordinates within RANK 1.
  • Consult with customers to complete a needs assessment.
  • Trains the customer on use and feature functionality the client's product.
  • Communicates the customer's needs/expectations to appropriate personnel within RANK 1.
  • Notifies supervisor/management team of any application issues.
  • Interacts with the RANK 1 Management team on various issues.
  • Analyze market to determine approach to new customers.
