Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Middle School Math Teacher to inspire and guide students in developing strong mathematical skills and problem-solving abilities. The teacher will deliver standards-aligned instruction, foster a positive classroom environment, and support student growth through assessment, differentiated learning, and collaboration with colleagues and families.
Qualifications/Skills:
Education/Certification/License:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Professional Educator License (PEL) registered in Region 06 West Cook
  • Middle School Math Endorsement
  • Knowledge of Common Core State Standards for Mathematics
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Commitment to equity and student success
  • Experience teaching middle school math
  • Familiarity with data-driven instruction and intervention strategies
