Job Overview:
We are looking for a Systems Administrator that will support and help evolve our cloud-first IT environment. This role focuses on Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and network infrastructure, combining day-to-day operational support with infrastructure modernization and transformation initiatives across our office locations.
Responsibilities:
Cloud and Identity
  • Support and identify modernization, centralization, and transition efforts, including reducing on-premise dependencies where appropriate, advancing a cloud-based identity architecture, and supporting the integration and migration of identity, access, and core network services across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments, including those introduced through acquisitions
  • Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environments
  • Implement and maintain authentication and access controls, including MFA, conditional access, and password standards
  • Conduct regular Entra ID and Microsoft 365 audits covering email forwarding rules, mailbox permissions, delegated access, RBAC, privileged access controls, and group memberships

Network and Infrastructure
  • Manage and support network infrastructure for LAN/WAN/WLAN and firewalls firmwide including adherence to company configuration standards
  • Maintain current network and infrastructure documentation, including topology diagrams, inventory records, and post-change updates
  • Assist with office move planning, infrastructure changes, and integration activities related to acquisitions or location transitions

Infrastructure Modernization
  • Lead or contribute to infrastructure improvement initiatives, including system/network/application migrations, workflow modernization, and legacy data archival and lifecycle management
  • Collaborate with internal teams and managed service providers on migrations, data consolidation, platform transitions, and system retirements

Security and Governance
  • Establish and support processes for periodic access reviews, audit reporting, and inactive account cleanup
  • Monitor and help enforce security best practices across identity, endpoint, and collaboration platforms
  • Help ensure policies and standards are applied consistently across users, devices, and office locations

Office Technology and Support
  • Provide operational support for office technology and physical office environments, including end-user communication, rollout support, and compliance-related instructions
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of AV and technology assets, including lifecycle tracking and troubleshooting support

Qualifications:
  • Experience in systems administration, infrastructure engineering, or a similar technical role
  • Experience administering cloud collaboration platforms such as Microsoft 365, including services like Exchanged Online, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Familiarity with Entra ID, identity and access management concepts, conditional access, and role-based access controls
  • Experience with Intune/Endpoint Manager or similar endpoint management tools across Windows and mobile devices
  • Working experience managing network infrastructure components including wireless, firewalls, switches, DHCP, and DNS
  • Understanding of IT security principles and governance practices
  • Ability to communicate technical changes clearly to both technical and business audiences
  • Strong documentation habits and attention to detail
  • Experience with Box administration or integrations, preferred
  • Experience transitioning hybrid Active Directory environments toward cloud-based identity, preferred
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Meraki, FortiGate, CodeTwo, and Box, preferred
  • Experience supporting office relocations, acquisitions, or broader infrastructure transitions, preferred
  • PowerShell scripting or automation experience, preferred

  • Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point of market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location, and most importantly, performance in the job role
