The Opportunity

HSBC Equities Technology is investing heavily in its front office electronic trading platform and this role helps translate that investment into a scalable, extensible and high-performing global platform. As a Full Stack Engineer within Cash & Electronic, you will design and deliver enhancements that support low-latency trading and real-time workflows. You will work in a highly automated engineering environment and build for a containerized runtime. The role spans build, run and continuous optimization, improving reliability, performance and developer efficiency. You will collaborate with engineers across time zones while keeping delivery and support running smoothly. Success means measurable platform improvements, reduced toil through automation and robust changes delivered safely into production.
