Carson Cartridge is a Las Vegas-based manufacturer specializing in the production of high-quality ammunition cases. We are committed to precision, safety, and excellence ineverything we produce. We are currently seeking two (2) reliable and detail-orientedMachine Operators to join our growing team.

Position Summary

The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring productionmachinery used in the manufacturing of ammunition cases. This is an entry-level positionideal for candidates who are mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and eager to growwithin the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor automated and semi-automated production machines used inammunition case manufacturing
  • Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality and dimensionalspecifications
  • Load raw materials and unload finished cases from machinery
  • Perform routine machine adjustments and minor maintenance tasks
  • Follow all safety protocols, including proper handling of materials in an ammunitionmanufacturing environment
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with company andregulatory standards
  • Complete production logs, inspection records, and other documentation accurately
  • Report any machine malfunctions, safety concerns, or quality issues to a supervisorpromptly
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent

No prior manufacturing experience required — on-the-job training provided

Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to read simple measurements/gauges

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Must be 21 years of age or older (required for ammunition manufacturingenvironment)

Must be able to pass a background check

U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S. required

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Rate:

  • $17.00 – $22.00 per hour, based on experience
