***THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION***
JOB DESCRIPTION
The successful candidate will help drive ticket sales, merchandise revenue, and fan engagement by creating data-driven marketing campaigns across digital and social media platforms. This role is sales-focused, with an expectation to understand analytics, optimize campaigns, and meet measurable sales goals while building Locomotive's digital presence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop, schedule, and execute social media and digital campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create compelling content (graphics and video) that drives fan engagement and ticket/merchandise sales.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing, Ticketing, Retail, and Corporate Partnership teams to design digital sales campaigns that meet revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Business Strategy to track, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Optimize campaigns based on data insights to maximize ROI.
  • Manage paid digital advertising campaigns (social media ads, Google ads, etc.).
  • Assist with e-newsletters, website updates, and other digital communications to drive lead generation for sales teams.
  • Support gameday and event operations by capturing live content and promoting ticket/merchandise offers.
  • Stay current on social media and digital marketing trends and track KPIs to enhance revenue and brand strategies.
  • Pitch creative concepts and contribute to Promotions & Marketing meetings for digital series, social content themes, and brand campaigns.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • One year of experience in digital marketing, social media, or sales.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital ad tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance metrics.
  • Highly motivated, sales-driven, and goal-oriented.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during the baseball season.

PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Experience with paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (such as Salesforce) and email marketing platforms.
  • Video editing or motion graphics skills are a plus.
