Job Description

Responsibilities:

To perform daily routine data center tasks, such as cabling of network equipment and servers, labeling of cables and inventory, physical racking/removal of servers, escorting vendors or other staff into the data center, auditing inventory, and handling shipping/receiving for the data center.

To provide technical support on data center infrastructure as needed.

To follow up with customer requests, documentation, consult with senior staff as needed, and ensure all aspects of the data center is meticulously maintained.

To ensure that work needs to be performed according to standard operating procedures.

Entry level experience is expected.
