Job description

Title: Medical Assembly Worker
Job Description: This position assists in the total assembly of a Medical LED Circuit Device. You will be working closely with other departments to fulfill the job requirements as stated on the work instructions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Material Preparation including but not limited to the following:
    • Cleaning
    • Laminating/Priming
    • Prepping
    • Grinding
    • Testing LAD Circuit Boards
    • Packaging/Boxing

  • Assembling of all components
  • Fulfilling the re-rolling/re-working of material
  • Obtaining Final Inspection on material ready for Shipping
  • Forward completed jobs to Shipping Department
  • Responsible for keeping work area clean at all times
  • Remain compliant with the company safety policies and ISO requirements at all times
  • Account accurate reporting of time on the Job Travelers & within the Electronic System.
  • Documentation of all processes completed

Recommended Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficient in English (ability to read & write)
  • Basic Computer Skills/Data Entry required.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematics including conversions
  • Knowledgeable using Measuring Tools such as Calipers & Tape Measures
  • Competent to work independently, communicate effectively, and problem solve spontaneously
