We are looking for a Medical Device Assembler to work in Irvine. If you have consistent work ethic and experience in the warehouse or manufacturing environment but no assembly experience, we can start you at entry level medical device assembly. You are welcome to apply too

Pay Rate- Depends of experience

Shifts:

 

  • 1st: Monday – Thursday
    • 5:00am – 3:30pm
    • $19 - $20/hr

Assembler I- Job Description:


The Assembler I; puts together and packs medical devices in a clean and safe work area. You will follow safety, quality, and cleaning rules while making products.

We are looking for someone who has worked in a factory, production line, clean room, or lab. Experience using personal protective equipment (PPE) is helpful.

  • Follow instructions
  • Work well with others
  • Take pride in doing good work

Work Environment

  • Work in a lab, clean room, or warehouse.
  • Work in a clean, well-lit area with good air flow.
  • Sit or stand at a work station.
  • Walk often to move or record products.
  • Use a computer or write when needed.
  • Wear PPE as required.

Physical Requirements

  • Stand, walk, and sit for long periods.
  • Use hands to handle small parts and tools.
  • Reach, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb when needed.
  • See, hear, and speak clearly.
  • See small parts and colors clearly.
  • Focus on work up close.
  • Lift or move up to 40 pounds at times.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma, GED, or equal education required.
  • At least 6 months of recent manufacturing experience required.
  • Medical device manufacturing experience required.
  • 2+ years of medical device experience is preferred.
  • Experience working under FDA, GMP, or ISO rules is preferred.
  • Good speaking, writing, and people skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
