Entry Level Medical Device Assembler – 4 Day Work Week – Paid Training

No medical device experience? No problem — paid training is provided. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented people who enjoy hands-on work and want a long-term opportunity in a clean, modern manufacturing environment.
Schedule: 4-day work week + overtime opportunities (Start/end times may vary slightly by 15–30 minutes.)
1st Shift: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM - Pay: $19/hr
2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday | 3:30/4:00 PM – 2:00/2:30 AM - Pay: $20/hr
Note: 2nd shift will train on 1st shift for the first week.
What You’ll Do:
- Assemble small medical device components
- Work with small hand tools and microscopes
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy
- Package finished products
- Follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Reliable attendance and strong work history
- Manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or hands-on experience preferred
- Comfortable working with small parts and detailed tasks
- Able to follow written instructions and meet quality standards
- Medical device experience is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods during a 10-hour shift
- Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to bend, squat, and move as needed
Cleanroom Requirements:
- Employees wear required PPE including gowns, hair coverings, and protective equipment.
- No makeup, jewelry, nail polish, or strong fragrances allowed
- Closed-toe shoes required
