  • Support Plant Manager and HR Manager.
  • Running and distributing reports.
  • Assist with day to day needs such as ordering supply items & arranging meals and logistics for site visits.
  • Coordinate smock cleaning / deliveries and arranging for new hires to receive smocks.
  • Assist with new hire orientation activities.
  • Assist with administering site recognition & communication activities.
  • Filing activities.
