About the Opportunity

As an Associate Sales Representative, you'll partner with experienced Territory Managers to expand the adoption of innovative healthcare technologies that improve patient outcomes. You'll gain hands‑on experience developing physician relationships, supporting clinical customers, and growing business across your assigned territory while building the foundation for a long-term career in medical device sales.

What You'll Do
  • Partner with senior sales professionals to grow business throughout your territory
  • Develop relationships with physicians, cardiologists, primary care providers, healthcare administrators, office managers, nurses, and clinical staff
  • Support andtarget healthcare accountswhile identifying opportunities to expand business
  • Educate healthcare providers on innovative diagnostic technologies and clinical solutions
  • Increase product awareness, utilization, and customer engagement
  • Execute territory business plans and identify new growth opportunities
  • Learn healthcare economics, reimbursement, and clinical workflows within physician offices and health systems
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while becoming a trusted resource for customers
  • Maintain accurate territory activity and sales reporting
  • Consistently work toward achieving and exceeding sales goals
What We're Looking For Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1–2 years of experience in one or more of the following:
    • Pharmaceutical Sales
    • Medical Device Sales
    • B2B Outside Sales

    • Account Management
    • Clinical Sales
    • Inside Sales with outside customer interaction
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong relationship-building abilities
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout the assigned territory, with 25-50% travel - including 1-2 overnights per week
