Job Description
Seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry & Data Cleanup Specialist to support the cleanup and validation of customer information following a recent M3 system implementation. This role will review, correct, and update customer records at both the parent and child levels to ensure accurate and efficient processing.
Key Responsibilities
  • Review and correct customer records within the M3 system.
  • Update billing addresses and customer contact information.
  • Create and maintain new payor records.
  • Verify and validate customer information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and correct duplicate, missing, or incorrectly entered data.
  • Ensure customer records are properly structured at the parent and child levels.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements
  • 1+ year of data entry, administrative, or customer records experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience working with ERP or database systems preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to identify discrepancies and research information to make corrections.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage repetitive data cleanup tasks.
  • Experience with M3/Infor M3 is a plus.
