Job Description
The MOW Data and Billing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating data entry, billing activities, reporting, and database management for Meals on Wheels programs. This role ensures accurate client information, meal service records, eligibility tracking, and timely submission of invoices and reports. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced with billing, data management, and reporting systems. This position supports program compliance while helping ensure services are delivered efficiently to clients in need.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate meal and client data entry into ServTracker, SPURS, HMOs, and other applicable databases
• Manage client enrollment processes, including new client intake, assessments, meal service changes, and communication with case managers
• Prepare and submit accurate monthly billings, contract invoices, and standard/custom reports
• Maintain data accuracy, client eligibility records, files, route sheets, and meal delivery documentation
• Troubleshoot database issues, assist with route reconciliation, and support compliance activities and audits
• Monitor data entry accuracy, assist with special programs and events, and provide findings to management

Qualifications and Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum two years of experience in billing, data entry, reporting, or statistics required
• Experience creating reports, managing databases, and maintaining accurate records
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and utilize database systems
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse staff, clients, volunteers, and community partners
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and automobile liability insurance required
