General Description
We are seeking a friendly, dependable Receptionist to serve as the welcoming first point of contact for Carlton Farms. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and English, possess excellent verbal communication skills, and enjoy engaging with people. This role is primarily front-desk and customer-facing, focused on greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and directing traffic to the right people and departments.


Job Duties

  • Greet visitors, vendors, and customers warmly as the first face they see at Carlton Farms.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for general customer inquiries, in person and by phone.
  • Take and relay accurate messages to the appropriate staff or department.
  • Check in visitors and notify staff of arrivals.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office and lobby area.
  • Assist customers with basic order questions and direct them to sales staff as needed.
  • Provide light administrative support, such as data entry and document handling, as time allows.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support front-office operations.
Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Friendly, professional phone and in-person presence.
