Job Description

Coordinator will support day-to-day digital and offline/linear media planning and strategy efforts, working closely with Account Planners and senior team members. This role is a strong fit for someone starting their media career looking to build a foundation in campaign management, multi-media integration, optimization, and evaluation.

The right candidate will support client relationships, assist in developing solutions, and help produce performance reporting that contributes to client goals -- with excitement!!

Responsibilities:

The Coordinator will assist in planning media campaigns across multiple channels, collaborating with digital/traditional/analytics team members under the guidance of senior planners. They will:

  • Assist in creating multi-faceted media plans that meet and exceed client business objectives
  • Help steward campaigns, monitoring delivery and flagging opportunities to improve results
  • Compile campaign results and assist in translating data into insights, partnering with the analytics team
  • Stay current on research, innovation, and change affecting media planning and buying across all media channels, including but not limited to TV (linear and streaming), Radio, OOH, Social, Digital Display/Video, YouTube, programmatic and Search,
  • Assist in creating and formatting media-specific documents such as RFP's, media plans, objectives and strategies decks, POV's, and other related materials
  • Pull and organize syndicated research to help identify target audience trends (ComScore, Nielsen, Resonate, etc.)
  • Support creative analysis efforts and help surface recommendations to improve media performance
  • Support billing and reconciliation processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 1 years of experience in digital & traditional planning/buying preferred; internships or coursework in media/advertising a plus. Entry level candidates with previous internship experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to help analyze raw data and support the development of actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborative, team player who works well in a team and across departments.
  • Good time management skills with the ability to support multiple projects at once.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving.
  • An active interest in everything digital, with a desire to build understanding of online advertising industry trends.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Diligent and attentive to detail.
  • Interest in learning to compile syndicated audience research and translate it into personas.
  • Highly computer literate with good skills in all basic Office programs including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exposure to and interest in using AI, particularly Claude, is a plus!

Our office is located in Sandy Hook, Connecticut. While we maintain a highly flexible work culture for all, our local candidates are encouraged to use our updated office space in Sandy Hook, CT which allows you to take part in our office culture and team development that naturally occurs in office. In addition, if you need to take a break from work, there is a beautiful waterfall and serene stream just outside our front door. Candidates from outside the local area who are able to work during our core East Coast office hours, 8:30am-5:30pm ET, are encouraged to apply. Our team working remotely is invited to the office a minimum of two times per year for our Summer Party and again for the Holiday Party. Other team or client meetings may be scheduled at other times during the year.
