Job Description:

Education & Experience Required:

  • Degree requirement: Bachelor's degree in engineering required.

  • Mechanical engineering fundamentals with ability to read drawings, technical documentation, and equipment specifications.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, written communication, and cross functional collaboration skills.

Additional Technical Skills

  • Experience in root cause investigation, issue resolution, data analysis, documentation and cross functional team collaboration
  • Ability to support assembly and manufacturing processes, including torque tool applications, lifting processes, time studies, line balancing, capacity analysis, and standard work development.
  • Experience with Creo, AutoCAD, and Geneo
  • Ability to analyze manufacturing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement sustainable process and equipment solutions to support safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives -or- working knowledge of automated test systems, fluid handling and fill equipment, refrigerant and A/C charging processes, production equipment controls and interfaces, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
