Job Overview:

Weโ€™re looking for motivated Mechanical Engineers who are ready to jump into the world of precision manufacturing! Whether you're a recent graduate or early in your career, this is your chance to grow within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Youโ€™ll gain hands-on experience in CNC machining, Lean Manufacturing, and process engineeringโ€”all while working side-by-side with talented professionals who want to see you succeed.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Start on the Shop Floor: Begin by running production and performing inspections to understand the process from the ground up.
  • Advance into Setup and Machining: Learn CNC setup and machining as you grow your technical skill set.
  • Collaborate on Process Design: Assist in the creation and execution of manufacturing processes, including:
    • Raw material selection
    • Tooling and fixture design
    • Process planning
    • Inspection and verification methods
  • Support Continuous Improvement Efforts:
    • CNC process optimization
    • Gage design and fabrication
    • Robotic cell programming and operations
    • Lean Manufacturing initiatives
  • Ensure Quality and Efficiency: Maintain high standards for part quality, cleanliness, and productivity.
  • Apply Engineering Principles: Utilize Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) and core manufacturing concepts on real-world parts.
  • Document and Communicate: Track tooling expectations, document processes, and support high-quality outcomes for our customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (or actively pursuing one!)
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Reside within commuting distance to Willoughby, OH
