Rockwell Automation is now Hiring: Prototype Assemblers at our **Twinsburg, OH manufacturing plant.**

We’re growing our Engineering‑to‑Order (ETO) team and are looking for Prototype Assemblers who enjoys hands‑on work, collaboration with engineers, and building one‑of‑a‑kind solutions from concept to reality.

In this role, you’ll work to build, modify, test, and troubleshoot prototype electro‑mechanical systems and specialized test equipment. If you like variety, problem‑solving, and seeing your work come to life in real‑time, this could be a great fit.

???? What You’ll Do:

Assemble and configure electrical panels and cabinets

Perform low‑voltage, power, and signal wiring

Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and work instructions

Support prototype testing, troubleshooting, and design iterations

Collaborate closely with engineering in a lab/manufacturing environment

⏰ Schedule Options:

Monday–Friday | 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM or 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
