Mission Objective

As an Entry-Level Direct Sales Representative, your mission is to:

  • Engage with local businesses face-to-face to provide supplemental insurance solutions that protect employees

  • Execute a structured, repeatable sales system with precision and discipline

  • Build trust-based relationships that create long-term results

  • Track, report, and analyze your performance to continuously improve

  • Follow direction from leadership while taking initiative to excel independently

Operational Details

  • Role Type: Full-Time Independent Contractor

  • Work Location: Remote, with in-person B2B field operations in your community

  • Schedule: MondayFriday, with occasional weekends as needed

  • Compensation: $65,000$85,000 annually (starting weekly draw, transitioning to uncapped commissions and performance bonuses)
