Role Overview

As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective customers, responsible for the complete sales journey. You'll identify customer needs, educate individuals and families about supplemental insurance products, recommend appropriate coverage, and guide clients through the enrollment processall through direct, face-to-face interactions.

This role demands a proactive approach, exceptional communication skills, and the resilience to excel in a dynamic field sales environment while delivering outstanding customer service.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Engage directly with potential customers in their homes, delivering compelling presentations and clearly explaining the value of Combined Insurance's supplemental insurance solutions.
  • Educate individuals and families on products such as Accident, Critical Illness, Disability, Hospital, and Life Insurance designed to help provide additional financial protection.
  • Quickly build rapport and trust with individuals from diverse backgrounds while demonstrating empathy and understanding of their unique needs.
  • Conduct needs-based conversations to identify appropriate coverage options.
  • Effectively handle objections and navigate challenging conversations with confidence and professionalism.
  • Qualify prospects by asking insightful questions and actively listening to customer responses.
  • Guide customers through the enrollment process and complete the entire sales cycle.
  • Maintain a high level of self-discipline and motivation to consistently achieve daily activity and sales goals.
