Position Summary:

Assists in the photographing and mapping of homes and businesses affected by a fire, flood, storm, or other disasters.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create 3D scans of homes and businesses in the field with a Matterport Pro2 Camera and an iPad.
  • Matterport is the standard for 3D space capture. Their all-in-one platform transforms real-life spaces into immersive digital twin models. So much more than panoramic scans, Matterport empowers people to capture and connect rooms to create truly interactive 3D models of spaces.
  • Be on the forefront of technology adoption in the public adjusting industry by uploading property scans for the Estimators.
  • Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating through various technological platforms.
  • Make a difference for others that have had a disaster strike their property.
  • Work at the direction of the Estimating Manager.
  • Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintain and be responsible for all company equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with internal staff and customers.
  • Training for property sketching and estimate writing.
  • Responsible for keeping own schedule as new jobs come in. Prioritize as needed.
  • Responsible for uploading scans to software and ordering sketches of the properties scanned.
