Job Summary
United Building Group, LLC is hiring a Skilled Laborer with restoration and repair experience. Applicants must have hands-on experience supporting or performing concrete repair and masonry restoration work. This is not an entry-level labor position.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with masonry restoration and concrete repair activities on active jobsites
  • Perform demolition, surface preparation, cleaning, mixing, material handling, patching support, and restoration setup
  • Support brick replacement, mortar repair, joint preparation, caulking/sealant removal, and related repair work
  • Operate hand tools and power tools safely
  • Maintain site cleanliness, protect finished surfaces, and follow supervisor direction
  • Follow all safety requirements and use PPE properly
  • Help crews stay on schedule and maintain quality standards

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in restoration, repair, masonry, or concrete work
  • Experience with concrete repair and masonry restoration required
  • Familiarity with construction tools, materials, and safe jobsite practices
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to work as part of a crew
