Job Summary
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented professional seeking to build a long-term career in commercial real estate brokerage. The Associate will work closely with brokers to support site selection initiatives and transaction-related activities, gaining meaningful exposure to market analysis, client strategy, and the leasing process. This role is designed to provide hands-on training and practical experience, with a clear pathway for growth and the potential to transition into a Broker position over time.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct site selection research across retail markets nationwide.
• Analyze market data to support strategic real estate recommendations.
• Utilize mapping software and commercial real estate platforms.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets and data tables using Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Organize and manage transaction-related paperwork, documents, and digital files.
• Provide administrative, research, and operational support to brokers and team members as needed.
Qualifications amp; Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe products.
• Familiarity with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google My Maps.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and take initiative.
• Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
• Self-confident, self-directed, and collaborative work style.
• Real estate license preferred but not required.
