Location: Sidney, OH

Pay: Competitive Hourly Rate + Shift Differential + Overtime


Shift: 4:00 PM – 4:30 AM | Monday–Thursday
Friday Overtime Available (Not Mandatory)

Our ideal candidates come from manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, construction, machine operation, fabrication, or other hands-on labor environments.


What You'll Do

  • Operate stamping, forming, tube bending, and press equipment ranging from 5-ton to 150-ton presses

  • Load materials and remove finished parts from machines

  • Monitor machine cycles to ensure quality and production efficiency

  • Perform basic machine adjustments and support tooling changeovers

  • Conduct visual inspections and basic measurements using calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools

  • Follow production schedules and quality standards

  • Complete production documentation and quality records

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

  • Follow all PPE and safety requirements


What We're Looking For

Required

  • Manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, machine operation, or general labor experience preferred

  • Basic math skills

  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

  • Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 40 lbs.

  • Strong attention to detail and quality

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts and overtime when needed


Preferred

  • Press operation, stamping, punch press, tube bending, or metal forming experience

  • Aerospace, automotive, or precision manufacturing background

  • Experience using calipers, micrometers, and gauges

  • Machine setup or troubleshooting experience
