What will you be doing?

  • Produce products and components to specifications to perform such tasks as shearing, drilling, de-burring and all bench operations.
  • Set up, operate and maintain a variety of machines/tools to produce precision parts.
  • Troubleshoot to find and eliminate defects to ensure product meets specs.
  • Read and interpret drawings
  • Monitor product quality during the process.
  • Maintain work area and equipment in clean and orderly condition.

What do you need to be considered for the job?

  • 1+ years of job experience milling, turning, drilling, taping, deburring, and bench operations.
  • Ability to read blueprints and other product specs.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Dependable - arrive at 6:00 am and be ready for the day.
  • Ability to frequently lift/move items up to 25 pounds, sometimes over 50 pounds
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
  • CNC programming experience required for the upper level.
