The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a vital role in providing comprehensive care within a long-term care facility. Working under the direct supervision of an RN Supervisor and as part of a multidisciplinary care team, the LPN is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through clinical tasks and attentive collaboration. The role operates on a 3/11 shift schedule and requires proficiency in specific electronic health records (EHR) systems for accurate documentation.
