Our Entry Level Management Trainee brings our clients’ products and services straight to the customer in the form of interactive displays and promotions. Our on-site promotions are incredibly popular as they connect with customers in big-box retailers whilst they are already in a ‘buying’ mindset. Our unique approach to client representation allows us to interact directly with customers, through straightforward communication. This approach has been proven to achieve impressive results as it allows customers to make a fully informed and confident purchase decision.


The Entry Level Management Trainee will be responsible for:

  • Handle customer interactions
  • On the job training and development with Management
  • Communicating with our clients to effectively set up in-store marketing campaigns
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Our Management Trainees are assigned a direct mentor and trainee to teach them how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations in our business. Our ongoing management training program provides candidates with the skills and knowledge to not only be successful in our business, but in general successful business professionals.
