What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree OR practical supply chain management experience.

  • Core Skills: Solid foundation in supply chain logistics, general accounting concepts, and solid cost-analysis abilities.

  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort navigating online database systems (MMIS, SharePoint, vendor portals).

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Manage Workflow & Relationships: Serve as a reliable liaison between internal clinical/operational departments, procurement, and external vendors, ensuring clear communication and exceptional customer service.

  • Order & Work Queue Management: Review daily work queues and place critical orders by the end of each day based on requisition priority. Track orders to ensure timely, accurate delivery.

  • Vendor & Invoice Oversight: Review and negotiate vendor quotes for labor and parts. Audit invoices for accuracy against negotiated rates and clear them for payment within terms.

  • Smart Sourcing & Cost Analysis: Evaluate equipment repair histories and perform cost analyses to decide whether to repair or replace assets. Determine whether to source parts via OEMs or third-party vendors to maximize value.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for workflow automation (e.g., EDI integration) and proactively educate internal teams to prevent sourcing and billing errors.
