• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and regularly monitor their progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

As an LMFT at Family Radiance Counseling, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals grappling with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. • Must hold an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
