Are you an experienced stylist looking to refine and elevate your craft while expanding your skills in extensions, makeup, diverse hair textures, and specialty styles?
Active Texas Cosmetology License Required
At Blo Pearland, youll work with a diverse clientele, sharpen advanced techniques, and grow into the next phase of your beauty career whether thats advanced artistry, leadership, education, or corporate opportunity.

Full-time experienced stylists looking to build a long-term home
Part-time experienced stylists who can support our busiest days, especially weekends, with the opportunity to grow into additional hours
Makeup experience is a plus.
COMPENSATION & EARNING POTENTIAL

Hourly base pay + tips
Commissions + performance bonuses
Membership, retail, and add-on incentives
Total earning potential: $19.50 $27.00+ per hour

Income grows through booking makeup services, performing extension services, keratin treatments, premium add-ons and retail, and membership production.

REQUIREMENTS

Current Texas Cosmetology License
Professional salon experience required; must be confident performing blowouts and styling on clients

Every other Sunday availability is important. Flexible shift options include 103, 114, 125, or 16.

Makeup experience is a plus
