About the Position:

Mailroom Clerk - Irvine, CA (In-Office Position Only)


The Mailroom Clerk performs shipping and receiving, administrative, facility duties and supports the Mailroom Supervisor.

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Hourly Pay Range: $19 - $21

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handle the retrieving, sorting and distributions of the daily mail and overnight packages to all Company departments.
  • Handle the preparation of outgoing mail and overnight packages.
  • Order and distribute office and breakroom supplies. Create supporting reports to project supply ordering. Maintaining inventories of the storage rooms.
  • Maintain the storage areas, breakrooms, copiers with paper and the general facilities of the floors.
  • Handle the recycling area.
  • Submit facility tickets to building maintenance for building issues.
  • Identify and report areas in need of repair.
  • Perform minor repairs on leasehold fixtures, equipment and furniture. Assembly, moving and installation of equipment, fixtures and furniture.
  • Painting offices and managing paint supplies
  • Managing humane mouse traps when needed and coordinating with exterminators for services.
  • Manage service providers and vendors.
  • Maintains a high degree of confidentiality with all information handled.
  • Perform administrative duties: handling tickets and events for venues, badges and parking for CA branch, including minor projects.
  • Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times. Displays a willingness to take direction, embraces new ideas, works cooperatively with management and co-workers while projecting a positive demeanor.
