Job description

Ridg-U-Rak is currently seeking an Entry Level Toolmaker/Grinder Specialist to join our team. This is a 1st shift position.

Responsibilities:

  • Disassembles, cleans, sharpens and reassembles stamping dies.
  • Operates manual and semi-automatic surface grinders.
  • Operates manual lathes and vertical milling machines.
  • Operates precision machining equipment.
  • Operates forklift, hoists, and die cart lifts.
  • Other duties as required

Experience:

  • Strong math skills, ability to read blue prints, and use precision measuring instruments.
  • Willing to work overtime and weekends. May be required to attend job related classes.
  • Must obtain personal tools as needed.
