This is an essential behind-the-scenes role that directly supports the guest experience - ensuring every guest room is stocked with fresh, clean, perfectly folded linens that meet premium-hotel standards. Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
  • Deliver the highest quality of laundry and linen service - consistently anticipating and exceeding guest expectations through clean, fresh, and properly prepared linens across the hotel
  • Maintain and operate all hotel laundry equipment in accordance with established procedures and the laundry room checklist - ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant equipment use at all times
  • Properly load and unload commercial washers and dryers - carefully managing load sizes to prevent overloading and ensure optimal cleaning results
  • Fold linens in accordance with established hotel standards - operating folding machines and feed ironers as needed to maintain consistent presentation quality
  • Stock, clean, and maintain laundry carts, storage areas, and laundry racks to ensure an organized, safe, and efficient laundry operation
  • Perform other duties as assigned
