Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Entry-Level Machine Operator to join our Direct Mail team. In this role, you will learn to operate and monitor mailing equipment, including inserters, folders, and inkjet printers, to ensure accurate and timely job processing. No prior experience is required-paid training is provided. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Shift
3rd Shift: Monday - Friday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Responsibilities
  • Learn to operate and monitor mailing equipment safely and efficiently after completing training.
  • Load materials (envelopes, letters, flyers, and other mail pieces) into machines and monitor output for accuracy and quality.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure jobs meet customer specifications and USPS requirements.
  • Maintain accurate production logs and ensure jobs are completed on schedule.
  • Follow USPS regulations, company quality standards, and safety procedures.
  • Assist with machine setup, material replenishment, and basic troubleshooting as needed.
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure a smooth workflow.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • No prior machine operating experience required; paid training provided.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail and good time management skills.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds.
