As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:
Job Overview: We are hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing and metal fabrication team. This role involves operating various industrial fabrication machines to cut, shape, and form metal materials. This is an excellent opportunity for both entry-level candidates (training provided) and experienced professionals in production or warehouse environments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a variety of metal fabrication equipment, including cutoff saws, shears, rolls, brakes, presses, forming machines, spinning machines, and punches.
  • Cut, bend, and shape metal plates, sheets, tubes, and structural materials according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret work orders, job specifications, and production instructions to determine machine settings and material requirements.
  • Set up machines by positioning stops, guides, and tooling using scales, rulers, and templates for precise measurements.
  • Ensure quality and accuracy of finished products while maintaining production efficiency and safety standards.
  • Follow all manufacturing safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Entry-level candidates welcome - on-the-job training provided for machine operation and fabrication equipment.
