BRAZE OPERATOR I

Shift: 2nd shift: 3pm - 11pm (M-F) 

Shift Premium eligible + 2 weeks PTO + Subsidized healthcare starts day 1

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Brazing Operator for cutting tools. This is an entry-level position in a clean, climate-controlled environment. The role involves preparing and assembling components for brazing operations using automated equipment-no torch work required.

Key Responsibilities

Operate automated brazing machines and equipment according to standard procedures.
Prepare and position cutting tool components for brazing.
Monitor equipment during operation to ensure proper bonding and quality.
Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality using basic measuring tools.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Follow all safety and quality guidelines.


Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
No prior brazing experience required; training will be provided.
