What you'll be doing:
As a Machine Operator 1 at Vanguard Conversion and Fulfillment, you will be responsible for basic machine setup, operation, and quality checks to support the daily conversion and packaging of products. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience with production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Basic Machine Operation:
Set up and operate entry-level machines according to standard operating procedures.
Load materials, monitor production output, and make minor adjustments to maintain continuous operation.
Ensure materials are labeled, stored, and used appropriately.

Quality Assurance:
Inspect materials and finished products for obvious defects and notify supervisor of irregularities.
Perform basic measurements and visual checks to ensure products meet specifications.
