Lumber or hardware experience REQUIRED
Must pass pre-employment background check
Must pass pre-employment drug screen (INCLUDING THC / Marijuana ZERO TOLERANCE)
Must have reliable transportation
Valid Drivers License required upon permanent hire
Must interview at Ascend Staffing Centralia office
$17.50 $19.50/hr DOE

Assist customers in person and by phone
Recommend lumber and hardware products
Measure and cut wood accurately (tape measure required)
Process sales, returns, and refunds
Support yard operations and inventory organization
Stack and handle lumber materials
Maintain clean and safe work areas
Follow all safety procedures and team goals
Help keep store trip/hazard free
Do daily cleaning tasks
Day Shift: 6:55 AM 3:30 PM
Monday Saturday
Weekend availability required
Days off may vary
Lumber or hardware experience required
Customer service experience required
Ability to use a tape measure accurately
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
Basic computer skills
Must be able to stand on feet for long hours
