Job description

Are you ambitious, outgoing, and ready to build a career where you can learn, grow, and advance?

Our growing event marketing firm is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Marketing Representatives. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, and individuals with customer service, hospitality, retail, or communication experience who are ready to take the next step in their careers.

No previous marketing experience is required. Paid training is provided from day one.

If you're looking for more than just another entry-level job and want an opportunity to develop valuable skills, gain hands-on marketing experience, and grow into a leadership role, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Marketing Representative, you'll represent our clients through face-to-face marketing campaigns, promotional events, retail activations, and customer engagement initiatives.

You'll receive hands-on training while learning how successful marketing campaigns are planned, presented, and executed.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Representing our clients and brands at events, retail locations, and promotional campaigns
  • Engaging directly with customers and creating positive brand experiences
  • Educating customers about products, services, and promotions
  • Learning and implementing effective marketing and customer acquisition strategies
  • Building genuine relationships with customers
  • Helping execute successful marketing campaigns and events
  • Working with a team to achieve individual and campaign goals
  • Participating in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development
  • Developing communication, presentation, sales, marketing, and leadership skills
  • Taking on increased responsibility as you grow within the organization
What We OfferPaid Training — No Experience Necessary

You don't need a marketing background to succeed here. Our structured training program is designed to teach you the fundamentals of:

  • Marketing
  • Customer engagement
  • Communication
  • Sales
  • Brand representation
  • Business development
  • Team leadership

You'll learn directly from experienced team members and receive ongoing coaching as you develop.

Hands-On Marketing Experience

Get out of the classroom and into the real world.

You'll gain practical experience representing brands, interacting with customers, supporting live events, and helping execute marketing campaigns. These are skills you can take with you throughout your career.

Career Advancement & Leadership Development

We believe entry-level should be the beginning of your career — not a dead end.

Individuals who demonstrate strong performance, leadership ability, and a commitment to professional development may have opportunities to advance into positions such as:

Entry-Level Marketing Representative → Senior Representative → Team Lead → Assistant Manager → Campaign/Account Manager
