Key Responsibilities:

  • ProvidesLevel 2 supportfor Windows and Linux desktops/laptops, including hardware and software issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related todesktops, laptops, and associated peripherals
  • Performsinstallation, configuration,and deploymentof desktops and laptops using standard corporate images
  • HandleOS installation/reinstallation, upgrades, andpatch managementfor Windows and Linux systems
  • Install and configuresoftware applicationsas requested by engineering and business teams
  • Provide assistance inhardware and software procurement, including vendor coordination and recommendations
  • Manageon-site asset management, including hardware/software inventory, tracking, and disposal
  • Implement and maintainpreventive maintenance programsfor desktops and laptops
  • Monitor, update, and resolve assignedIT service requests and ticketswithin defined SLAs
  • Support daily IT operations includingdesktop support, basic data network troubleshooting, and server-related tasks
  • PerformLinux installation, configuration, and troubleshootingactivities
  • Work closely with business stakeholders tounderstand requirements and deliver appropriate technical solutions

Responsabilites Principales:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Must be able to speak both English and French
  • Strong experience inWindows and Linux (L2 level support)
  • Hands-on knowledge ofdesktop/laptop hardware troubleshooting
  • Experience withOS imaging, patching, and endpoint management tools
  • Proficiency insoftware installation and configuration
  • Knowledge ofIT asset management and inventorysystems
  • Basic understanding ofnetworking concepts and server environments

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

  • Certification inMicrosoft / Linuxis a plus
  • Experience working inenterprise or engineering environments
  • Familiarity with endpoint security and compliance standards
  • Good documentation and ticket-handling skills

Qualifications Minimales:

Pay Range:

$74,160.00 - $111,240.00 Annual

Incentive Compensation:

In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 10% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
