Key Responsibilities
• Support & Operations
• Perform analysis and review of open tickets for the team
• Execute weekly core support activities on a rotational basis
• Triage and resolve production issues to ensure system stability
• Technical Leadership
• Build architectural diagrams and perform reverse engineering of legacy code
• Support cloud migration activities using AWS Services (Aurora, ECS, Route 53, Load Balancer)
• Lead initiatives to automate day-to-day problems using AI tools (GitHub Copilot)
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Harness and other DevOps tools
• Develop and deploy applications using Docker containers
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline deployment processes and improve system reliability
