Job description

At Meron & Kemboi Financial Agency, we believe great work doesn't have to happen in one place but it does have to happen. This is not a remote-and-disappear role. This is a hybrid career built for people who are serious about growing fast and earning at a high level.
How the Hybrid Schedule Works
We set you up for success before we ever send you home.
Weeks 1–2: Full In-Office Training , Your first two weeks are spent in our Houston office learning our system, shadowing top producers, and building your foundation the right way — in person, where the energy is contagious and the learning is fast.
Week 3 and Beyond: Your Hybrid Rhythm
4 days from home — work your leads, run client consultations, own your schedule
2 days in the office — team energy, live training, and accountability
You get the freedom of remote work and the culture of a team pushing you forward. That combination is exactly why our agents grow faster.
The Qualities of a High-Performer
We don't hire resumes. We hire people.
- Built-In Drive: You don't need a manager to motivate you. Whether you're at your kitchen table or in the office, you show up switched on and ready to produce.
- Purpose Behind the Pitch: You understand that insurance isn't a product — it's a promise. When a family says yes, you know you've done something that actually matters.
- Locked In and Coachable: You follow the system, apply feedback fast, and never think you've got it all figured out. The agents climbing quickest here are the ones who stay humble and stay hungry.
- Quietly Consistent: You don't chase hype. You build habits. You hit your numbers not because someone's watching — but because that's just who you are.
What You'll Be Doing
Connecting with clients over phone and Zoom to help families find the right life insurance coverage
Working warm inbound leads plus outbound opportunities to grow your income faster
Tracking daily activity and staying consistent with production goals
Using your office days to plug into team training and stay locked into your growth
What You'll Earn
This is 100% commission with uncapped earning potential, your flexibility doesn't cap your income, your effort does.
$800 – $1,200 average per sale
Part-time agents earn $50K+ in year one
Full-time agents earn $80K – $300K+
Daily pay + performance-based incentive
