This is the entry level position. The Production Packaging Associate is responsible for proper packaging of materials and finished products. This position will also load and move material and operate packaging equipment. The Utility Worker will also be required to follow Good Manufacturing Practices.

  • Assurer l'application des pratiques de travail securitaires en portant les equipements de protection appropries et en faisant immediatement remonter les anomalies lorsque identifiees.
  • Assurer l'application des procedures reliees a la qualite en effectuant des inspections horaires, en adherant a la politique de BPF et en faisant immediatement remonter les problemes lorsqu'un defaut est detecte afin d'assurer la conformite des produits livres.
  • Surveiller le fonctionnement des systemes de convoyage et eliminer les bourrages de bouteilles des lignes.
  • Jeter les bouteilles non conformes et signaler les problemes de mauvaise qualite a son superviseur.
  • Assurer l'emballage requis du produit conformement aux exigences specifiques du client.
  • Maintient l'espace de travail propre et organise.
  • Autres taches assignees par la direction.
  • Les fonctions peuvent varier d'une usine a une autre en fonction de l'equipement et de la conception de l'usine.

Il doit etre reconnu pour sa ponctualite, la qualite de son travail et sa capacite a travailler en equipe.

Il doit posseder une bonne vision afin d'assurer l'inspection des produits finis, ainsi qu'une bonne forme physique permettant de travailler debout.

EDUCATION:

Un diplome d'etudes secondaire ou une equivalence (de preference)

FORMATION:

Completion de la formation de Altium pour les associes a l'emballage dans les 90 jours suivant la date d'embauche.

ENVIRONNEMENT DE TRAVAIL:

Dans l'exercice de ses fonctions, l'employe est regulierement expose au deplacement de pieces mecaniques dans un environnement de production. Le niveau de bruit dans l'environnement de travail est generalement fort. Les temperatures a l'interieur de l'usine peuvent fluctuer entre le chaud et le froid en fonction des changements saisonniers. Les equipements de protection individuelle (EPI) sont requis dans le departement de production et dans d'autres zones designees.
