Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen, dishwashing, and back-of-house areas

Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment to ensure a continuous supply of clean dishes, utensils, and cookware

Ensure all kitchen tools, glassware, china, and utensils are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored

Keep work areas organized, stocked, and free of debris to support kitchen efficiency

Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating deliveries in accordance with established procedures
